I took a look at form processing and search engines at these 2 websites. Unfortunately, i was unable to make used of them...yet.
I have saved out all the graphics. The main background as a bmp to retain quality and the others as png to retain the transparency since some had rounded edges. I put together the stuff in the css and used a table to get rid of the gaps in between the buttons.
