Layout problem solved

First I decided that I would put table borders inside the table I used for content so I would know what was going on with the table. After that it was really easy. I fixed up all the mouse rollovers too.

Now I just need javascript dropdown menus. Also, I tried to view my website on a different computer last night and the content box was not centered so I have to either make it wider or make it more to the left.
